2011 Program This year we have changed our program for the International Goat Symposium. The first day is once again a tour, but we have added in dairy and meat producers as well as farms. On the second day is a series of presentations with keynote speakers in the morning, breaking out into sections on meat and dairy topics in the afternoon. In the evening we will have an ‘Out of Africa’ themed banquet, alongside the 4-H Goat Club silent auction fundraiser. The tradeshow will be open throughout the day. The third, fourth, and fifth days of the Symposium this year will move to the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair. There will be a series of seminars on how to market your goats. We will also have the meat and dairy goat shows on the Saturday and Sunday and we encourage you to come out and show support for the exhibitors. Click below for a detailed look at the
